You role:

Are you passionate about sales, innovation, and connecting people with solutions? We are seeking a motivated, proactive and dependable Sales Specialist to represent our company in the region, acting as the direct link between our cutting-edge agrobiotechnology solutions and the farmers who need them. In this role, you will be the official face of our company in your designated territory – building strong, long-term relationships with individual clients, advising them on the best solutions for their needs, and ensuring our brand is visible, understood, and respected throughout the region. This is more than just a sales position; it's an opportunity to be an ambassador for a growing company, champion its values, and help shaping the future of agriculture, one client relationship at a time.


What we expect from you:

  • 1-2+ years of experience in active B2B or B2C sales, business development, or client relationship management;

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets;

  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the region to visit and consult with individual clients;

  • Eagerness to learn continuously, understand client needs deeply, and provide tailored recommendations for our agrobiotechnology products;

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills;

  • You are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to a dynamic environment;

  • Proficiency with CRM software and digital communication platforms (if not - we will teach You);

  • Fluency in English and German languages (additional languages are a plus);

  • Knowledge of the agricultural sector is a significant advantage.
