Innovative microbiological products are created through R&D activities. The project also enables researchers to participate in the company's research and experimental development activities, promoting intellectual property and pilot production of newly developed products.
During the project, three main products will be developed:
Microscopic Fungi Production Line with Novel Solid-State Rotary Fermenter:
A new 500-liter rotary fermenter designed for solid-state production of microscopic fungi will be developed.
This innovation will be applied in the production of agricultural biological preparations by integrating the fermenter into the complete microscopic fungi production technology.
New Bio-pesticide Composed of Two Microscopic Fungi:
The developed technological line will enable the production of a bio-pesticide composed of two microscopic fungi: Metarhizium anisopliae and Beauveria bassiana.
The product is targeted at the Latin American market and will be positioned as a bio-pesticide with a planned final concentration of no less than CFU/g.
Substantially Improved Product BioTero:
A new experimental fermentation line will be used for the production of the existing biological residue decomposition product, BioTero, fundamentally changing its composition and potential.
The goal is to increase the concentration of microscopic fungi in the product by 1000 times to improve efficacy and stability.
Funding Source: Co-funded by the European Union
Project Value: €1,206,005.50
