About us
- Vision
Global partner for sustainable agriculture, providing economic value and innovative solutions

Brief company history
Nando's journey began in 2008, rooted in deep expertise in chemical substances and additives for specialized industrial needs.
The company evolved from a strong team of chemists under the name Nando Europe (formerly Chemcentras), with a focus on the distribution and supply of raw materials for various sectors – including chemical, food, cosmetics, and construction industries.
In parallel, the company also supplied corn seeds and tailor-made amino acid–based micronutrients to the agricultural sector.
The turning point came in 2006, with the official establishment of Nando and the launch of in-house adjuvant production.
This marked the start of a strategic shift toward research and development (R&D). Continuous investment in R&D activities led to the integration of microbial product development, supported by collaborations with global research institutions and scientists.
Today, Nando specializes in the creation of biotechnology-driven solutions for sustainable agriculture. The company operates a production facility in Kaunas, Lithuania, housing 8 specialized manufacturing units, and is currently expanding with the construction of a new plant to further scale production capacity.

Beyond ISO standards, Nando has also embraced ecological and organic principles in its production of microbiological products. Several of these products have been awarded organic production certificates, which confirm that they meet strict ecological standards.
These certifications cover every stage of production—from the selection and sourcing of raw materials and suppliers to the manufacturing processes, research methodologies, and final delivery to customers.
All these processes are closely monitored and verified by external certification bodies and auditors to ensure transparency, traceability, and compliance with organic regulations.
