Goal: To improve the company's technological process and reduce negative environmental impact.

Need: The company aims to increase production efficiency and reduce negative environmental impact. Planning future technological eco-innovations requires evaluating current and planned environmental impacts, inventorying products and production procedures, and raw material usage. Additionally, the company intends to implement an environmental management system. This project aims to reduce negative environmental impact during the production of innovative functional agricultural chemicals. This requires assessing impacts, creating (updating) products throughout their lifecycle, and implementing an environmental management system.

Project Implementation: The ISO 14001:2015 environmental management system will be implemented to increase efficiency and achieve better environmental and social indicators. A technological production audit will be conducted, covering production processes, environmental compliance measures, legal requirements, material and energy balances, production planning, and product system inventory analysis. Eco-design principles will be implemented for two of the company's products.
