You role:

Are you passionate about agriculture, innovation, and supporting people's growth? We are seeking a dedicated and trustworthy Sales Specialist in Germany to represent our company within a designated region. You will be the direct link, establishing and managing connections between our cutting-edge agrobiotechnology solutions and the right customers.

In this position, you will act as the official company representative, building strong, long-term relationships with individual clients (e.g., farmers, farm owners). You will advise your customers on the best solutions for their needs and ensure our brand is seen, heard, and valued throughout the region.

This is more than just a sales position – it's an opportunity to be the face of a growing company, represent its values, and actively shape the future of agriculture, step by step.


What we expect from you:

  • 1-2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role (preferably B2C, dealing directly with end-users like farmers).

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Willingness and ability to visit and consult with individual clients across the region.

  • Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to provide tailored recommendations for agrobiotechnology products.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • You are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to change.

  • Proficiency with CRM tools and digital communication platforms.

  • Native-level German with excellent written and verbal communication skills is required.

  • Fluency in English (additional languages are advantageous).

  • Knowledge of the agricultural sector is a plus.
